All
sessions may be in the Boston studio or on location, whether
at a clients home or in an outdoor natural setting. Sessions
are usually about one hour and will encompass different types
of natural poses. The shoot will encompass various types of
looks (serious, fun, etc.) in different types of clothing
outfits (up to three). Remember, keep it simple. To schedule
a shoot, you will need to make a deposit (50% of the session

a very talented, fun and professional one for you.

What type of clothes should I bring?
Bring clothes that you feel really good in. Long sleeve,
medium to dark solid colored clothing works well. Avoid
any patterns. See samples on the "portfolio" page.
Should I bring anything else?
Bring your favorite music on CDs if you wish.
How soon will I get to see the images from the session?
Within two business days, we will email you a link with
previews of all your images.
How should I wear my hair and makeup to the session?
If you are using the hair and makeup artist, come with your
hair freshly washed and dried and a clean face (no makeup
whatsoever). Be sure to get plenty of sleep the night before
and have any haircuts done a about a week prior to the shoot.
The hair and makeup artist will not be cutting your hair.
Can I bring someone with me to my session?
Only if it is absolutely necessary. My experience has been
that people usually feel awkward, embarrassed and are not
as relaxed as they could be when being photographed in front
of someone that they know, especially a relative.
How many photos will you shoot during the session?
Generally, I will shoot around 100 photos, but there is
no set number. I try my best to just make it a fun and comfortable
shoot and keep going until I know we have great images.
I will edit out the unusable images and usually narrow the
images down to the best fifty or sixty photos. This will
make it easier for you to choose your favorite image(s)
to print.
After I choose the image(s) I would like printed,
how long does it take to receive the prints?
Finished prints will be shipped to you within ten working
days from your order date. Rush deliveries are available
for an additional fee.
What kind of digital retouching do you do?
This is a process that removes unwanted blemishes, bags
under the eyes, stray hairs or anything else you want removed
from the final image. It is important to understand that
you do not want your photo retouched so much that you do
not look like the final print.
